Feasibility studies
The feasibility studies our offices conduct form the basis for strategic decisions during real estate investments and modernisations on various scales and areas.
They determine how and to what extent, with which means and during which time frame a project can be completed. We offer service packages as part of a feasibility study, which are prepared for both developed and undeveloped districts or larger properties and are usually a prerequisite for funding applications and other approval procedures for the implementation of individual projects. Feasibility studies are a tried-and-tested method for determining the economic and structural basis for a new build, refurbishment or extension project.
