Construction of 96 new condominiums in Potsdam

Eleven multiplexes comprising a total of 96 condominiums have been built on Großbeerenstraße in Potsdam-Drewitz, which is the district directly adjacent to Potsdam-Babelsberg. The plot to the south of Großbeerenstraße borders on a wooded area in the east.

The development consists of four-storey residential buildings with sprawling landscaped grounds. Each building has three upper floors and a full basement. The apartments vary in size from small two-room studios to family apartments with up to four rooms. They can all be accessed via lift.

The project was prepared by a general contractor, who was responsible for both the planning and the implementation. Each apartment has also been allocated a parking space on the premises.
