The shopping centre is located on a site of 10,495 m² in size. Only minimal renovation measures have been undertaken since the centre opened in 2008.

We were commissioned by the Real Estate Advisory Group Germany GmbH to conduct a technical due diligence review for the project in order to determine the quality of the building and its technology with the aim of assessing the environmental risks, taking the current usage into account.

The complex to review comprises two buildings, which are connected by a pedestrian bridge on the first floor. A total rental space of 15,768 m² is available on two underground and four overground levels. A pedestrian bridge links the multistorey car park to the main building.
