Construction of 151 new condominiums in Potsdam
The first construction phase for Residenz Steinstraße was extended with a further seven buildings comprising 151 condominiums. It forms an attractive residential area together with the ‘Wohnen am Waldpark’ complex located opposite.
The development consists of five-storey buildings with two stairwells and two entrances. A new road with 20 parking spaces has been built to facilitate access. Projections and recesses divide the façades optically. The mansard roofs feature red tiles. The spacious southwest-facing terraces and balconies provide further structure. The individual apartments range from approx. 48 m² to 93 m² in size.
The project costs total € 21.5 million. During construction of the residential complex, particular importance was attached to achieving high living standards in addition to compliance with the latest technical standards and the use of top-quality materials for the interiors and exteriors.
