Construction of a new office and commercial building in Europacity

In addition to housing the headquarters of Ernst Basler + Partner GmbH, the new building in Berlin-Mitte will also include office space for rent. The upper floors offering over 5,000 m² of floor space are reserved for offices. Galleries and restaurants are planned for the area on the ground floor, linking the building with Hamburger Bahnhof’s public spaces, waterfront promenade and art focus. The building is planned as a zero-energy building and is being built according to the principles of sustainable construction. The client is striving for “gold” certification from the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB).

On the KunstCampus, a small section of the future Europacity development area on Heidestraße in Berlin, Ernst Basler + Partner GmbH wishes to create a particularly high-quality office and gallery building that will be a lasting asset to the area’s development.
