Construction of a new residential complex comprising 48 residential units and 108 underground parking spaces
First construction phase
The new complex comprises four detached buildings, each of which consists of a three-storey residential building with a basement. Two different building types with a total of 48 apartments have been created. The buildings share an underground car park with 108 spaces, supplemented with additional above-ground parking spaces. The parking facilities are partly intended for the residents of the existing buildings.
The two building types afford different façade designs. One building type has been built as a square point block with loggias and balconies; the other is more compact, featuring balconies but no protruding elements.
Generous glazing with floor-to-ceiling windows opens the façades up in all directions and offers residents sweeping views over the green surrounds.
The wood panel cladding as well as the screen walls in prefabricated concrete elements on the corner balconies of the point blocks emphasise the two building types’ different characteristics.
The construction project was completed in full within the planned cost budget and time frame.
