Rectification of defects in Messeturm Frankfurt office tower

In 2004, numerous fire safety issues were identified in the trade fair tower, which was built in the 1980s. These had to be rectified without delay. Busse & Partner made its CheckSite! database tool available for this purpose and adapted it to the client’s special needs.

The specific layout of the fire safety concept was adjusted to the change in users.

Numerous fire safety issues were identified, relating to the drywall construction, ventilation, smoke extraction and building control system.
