New residential estate in Karlsruhe
Upscale residences close to the city centre. Karlsburg residential estate is located in Durlach’s old town on the site of the medieval Karlsburg castle. It comprises restored existing listed buildings and a new building. The conversion/building work was completed during numerous building phases, whereby the new build comprising 15 residential units and an underground parking garage was constructed while the rest of the residential estate was already in operation.
