Refurbishment of Fischerinsel indoor swimming pool in Berlin

The following refurbishment measures were implemented to attain the quality standards required for operation of the swim centre:

– repair of the roof structure
– renewal of the glass façade
– refurbishment of the entrance area
– removal of harmful substances
– renewal of the pool walls and floor
– improvement of the pool hydraulics and access
– exchange of the pool control technology

Project
The indoor swimming pool is located on Fischerinsel in the centre of Berlin. It comprises a 25-metre swimming pool, a non-swimmer pool, a sauna area with dry sauna, a plunge pool and a relaxation room.
Services
Project management in accordance with AHO (project phases 2–5, all areas of activity) completed during HOAI service phases 3–8.
