Quality management
Quality management is a crucial part of our work – both internally and externally. Project communication between all partners involved in the construction project is decisive. In addition to coordinating all project participants, we also monitor their work during all phases and prepare guidelines.
We conduct our own quality checks on our construction sites, too, to ensure that no defects arise during subsequent operation. We are supported in this work by our colleagues from construction management, which is another of the services we offer.
Our QM certification in accordance with DIN ISO 9001 means we meet high requirements for effective quality management.
