Timely determination of costs
Planning the construction costs is essential to the project planning – and no less important than the spatial, design or construction planning. It is particularly important to calculate the costs for the various planning phases.
Normally, the architects and engineers commissioned for the project are responsible for the cost planning. Subsequent services such as cost comparisons and budgeting are then based on their work. When we are commissioned to prepare the cost planning, the cost monitoring and management take place at a later stage.
We particularly recommend entrusting the cost planning to us, as your construction manager. Once we have set and verified the cost targets, they can be implemented in the construction process.
