Volkmar Busse is a graduate engineer (Dipl.-Ing.) and architect. He is the founder, sole shareholder, and managing director of Busse & Partner Ingenieurgesellschaft. He has decades of experience in the planning and delivery of complex construction projects – ranging from publicly funded projects to demanding, bespoke solutions in existing buildings, with proven expertise in parliamentary, hospital, and research facilities.

Senior Project Manager

Ms. Anika Binkau has been working in construction and project management since 2004 and has many years of experience in managing complex building construction projects for public and private clients.

After completing her degree in civil engineering (Diplom-Ingenieurin) at DHSN Glauchau and her master’s degree in Building Conservation at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), she has worked on numerous demanding projects as a structural/building engineer, project manager and client representative.

Her main areas of expertise are project management, tendering and construction supervision. Ms. Binkau supports projects from the early planning stages through to implementation and ensures reliable project organization as well as cost and schedule certainty.

B. Eng. Vincent Hellkuhl

Senior Projectmanager

Vincent Hellkuhl is a civil engineer and Senior Project Manager at BUSSE & PARTNER GmbH. With broad professional expertise, he combines strong digital competence with extensive experience in the management and delivery of complex building construction projects. As the head of a small team, he prepares and reviews feasibility studies and space and requirements programmes for demanding construction projects, including the Grand Challenge Center of WISTA, the Benjamin Franklin Campus of Charité, and the Federal Stasi Archives. In addition, he is responsible for the programming and maintenance of the company’s websites, with a particular focus on search engine optimisation (SEO).

He is currently acting as project controller for the Museum Friedland and, in parallel, is supporting the construction of a logistics tunnel with automated guided vehicles and pneumatic tube systems at the Charité Virchow Hospital for the new German Heart Center. In site management, he successfully completed the second construction phase of the refurbishment of the Museum für Naturkunde in Berlin.

Senior Project Manager

Richard Reich has been working as a civil engineer (B.Eng.) since 2010 and strengthens our team as a Senior Project Manager. With his core competencies in project management, VgV procurement procedures, BIM management, and mediation, he successfully supports complex construction and refurbishment projects in the public building sector.

His project management references include, among others, the comprehensive refurbishment of the Institute of Chemistry at Freie Universität Berlin with a project volume of approximately €148.6 million, as well as the restructuring of the Wilhelmsburg school campus (primary and district school) in Hamburg with a total volume of €30.8 million.

In addition, he has extensive experience in conducting VgV procedures both for the Federal Office for Building and Regional Planning (BBR) and nationwide for municipalities and federal states.

Dipl. Ing. Michael Tattermuch

Senior Project Manager

Michael Tattermusch is a graduate engineer (FH) in interior architecture and has been working for many years as a senior project manager in project management. After completing his training as a carpenter and studying at the University of Applied Sciences for Technology, Business and Design in Wismar, he gained extensive experience in the planning and management of complex construction projects.

His references include renowned projects such as the O₂ World Berlin, the Hackesche Quartier, the refurbishment of Amalienpark in Berlin, the psychiatric clinic of the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf, the Church of St. Peter and Paul in Berlin, as well as residential construction projects, including the refurbishment and development of residential quarters with more than 100 housing units. Other significant assignments include projects for the Stiftung Invalidenhaus Berlin, Berlinovo, and the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs at the Chausseestraße 23 site in Berlin.
